Totally agree, we need to shift a couple out and bring a good quality one in. To either compliment or back him up. His injury record has never been the greatest so we need open up our options. Hopefully Fletcher will continue this impressive form to the end of the season. But I think we need to think very careful before offering another potentially expensive, contract extension to a player in the autumn of their career. It’s an issue to review in the summer IMO.
