BRADDO
We've all seen those pens given but it's very rare for them to be given to us. Merry flippingChristmas.

helmut_rooster
Shocking dive for the pen.......beautifully done Think the second rhodes claim was more valid, and the dive from eeyore was more a pen than Derbys the other week.
Howards back
After some of the decisions we’ve had against us o don’t give a f—- I also thought it was a pen.

Nuhiu's clever as he puts on the brakes ever so slightly and Tommy Rowe shouldn't get as tight as it's risky. Lee Johnson: "The penalty is an absolute nonsense. The referee has been sucked in. The linesman didn't give it and it's questionable whether it's even in the box. Everyone knows it is a poor decision. If you don't want to give a away a penalty, don't wrap your arms around someone in the box. Not a difficult concept to grasp.
asteener1867
We moan weeek in week out... "That would be a foul outside the box...So it should be...etc which is true... sometimes it works for you, sometimes it doesn't
areNOTwhatTHEYseem
There was a point in the first half where Williams had his arms wrapped around Rhodes and was holding him back from challenging for the ball in their penalty box. Dunno about the one that was given, but that one certainly should have been.

Especially with a ref wih a record of giving them.

scilly owl
They should have had one of their central defenders doing star jumps in front of Bazza when he was preparing to take the penalty... that would have been fair.

Agree, in fact it looked like a classic Nuhiu challenge, bloke going nowhere and gives away needless free kick
Owlinmad
It was a penalty because the man in charge said it was. Get over it Johnson.

It happens Lee!! sometimes penalties aint clear cut and a different angle can give you a different view . the 1 at derby out of 100 was 50 a penalty I thought it was I had a good angle different from tv angle what didn't look a penalty guy of right said it wernt pen at derby guy on left said penalty . the nuhiu 1 id give 10 out of 100 in other words if that was against us id be fuming , but we had a clear cut 1 far more clear than either turned down luckily we won that game . remember we have had some bad decisions go against us this season but it evens its self out. Socialist_Owl
Eh, we'd be just as aggrieved. Soft. But sweet charity gladly accepted.
Bluesteel
Nuhiu played for it, but there was a shove from behind and a shorter player might’ve gone down anyway/more convincingly. Didn’t we have a few other shouts turned down too? I suspect that was in the refs mind

Mr Farrell
It was lame. I'd have been furious if it had been against us. It usually is. Then again, he was a shockingly incompetent and inconsistent Referee. He didn't understand the advantage rule, and don't get me started on his incompetent use of yellow card.
