Derby - V - Wednesday OMDT

Can't believe you left the Greens out of the argument, Snoots.

It's almost like you think they're not in with a real chance.

Well done M’lud. I think we’re in with a chance tonight. Couple of mates of mine are ST holders at Derby and they’re not happy at all. Coco sounds a bit like Jos, changes team and formation every match without logic, players don’t know what they’re doing, plays 1 up front at home etc etc. They really think we’ll do it. C’mon Wednesday !

I did not know Wednesday were playing tonight away

Up the Owls.     I take a 2-1 win tonight,    Flecher to score all three.    the own goal comes off his backside.

Can't wait for this one. Five of us meeting in the Tap straight after work, then straight on the rattler. A 2 goal victory will see us storm into third so it's a guaranteed defeat - it's the Wednesday way!!!

Also off to Forest on Saturday, decent moth's football to be fair.

Brilliant opening post. Imagine it on Question Time. How many interruptions would Fiona Bruce get in  ?

Anyhow it doesn't matter who you vote for, the Government ALWAYS gets in.

Come on Wednesday Derby 1 - The Wednesday 2   ( Fletcher, Harris )

Great OMDT as ever, thanks.

Just sprucing myself up for a lunchtime start with the sheep shaggers from work, and a random Liverpool fan along for the beers.

Derby fans form at home has been solid on paper but unconvincing according to them. So.........

Their away form is garbage but I think they are hoping Rooney will sort that as he specialises in away performances

I'm sure the last time we beat this horrible lot away was when a certain Mr Harkes rifled one in from just inside their half.

It's about time we put that right.

Another 2-1 win tonight, with the usual touching cloth capers in the last 10 minutes.

I know people don't like Corbyn. Me neither tbh. But it was interesting watching The Crown and the portrayal of Harold Wilson as a Russian spy by the establishment. And the 'New Labour New Danger' as Blair was literally demonised in print with the red eyes.

So who says Wilson, Blair and Corbyn are spies, devils and racists? The billionaire media moguls and hedge fund managers who want to protect their interests and are keen to get an alliance of the rich and the ignorant to make sure they get even richer. They know how to make weak people feel powerful by playing to their worst instincts.

Its different this time though. Whereas the Tories under Major, Cameron, May had some level of moral compass, this horrendous bunch of Tory Lizard men getting in to power will screw you all over - but go right ahead and vote - that's democracy. What isn't democratic is the insidious propaganda and disinformation that these sharks have no shame in using. And do you really think, with their power and money and access to all of the levers of power that they will allow themselves to lose in future?

So be very careful what you vote for.

We beat them with Tudgay and Leon Best scoring in 2006 - still a long time ago

Lovely thread Snoots “my dear old thing.” Laughed out loud reading that description of Boris as a Die Hard survivor:biggrin: On the more sobering prospect of tonight’s game....it’s abaht time we slammed these Derby Tuppers back into their woolly-backed sheds for a good shearing! Saying that..“.I’m Derbyshire born and bred, Strong in t’arm and weak in th’ead “ Oh bugger! Don’t know who I should support nah!

Only kidding...Come on you Blue and White Sheep Shearing Wizaaards!:ghoulguy:

This all day long ....remember it will be Rees-Mogg and the likes of Gove running the country if you vote them back in. Boris is just a front man and they will be the public schoolboy policy makers who conveniently forget about the ordinary folk of this country. They will shaft us good and proper if they get a decent majority.

I would normally be happy with a draw, but we could go 3rd tonight with a 2-0 win....so I am going for a 1-3 to the Owls.

Could do with a couple of draws just below us, 8th playing 9th (Brentford v QPR) and 10th playing 11th (Swansea v Blackburn).
