roaminowl
This was my first ever Wednesday game. My Dad took me, even though he didn't really like football, and we sat in the North (back row) level with the Kop end 18-yard line (must have bought the last 2 tickets ). I don't think I've sat/stood so far away from the pitch since.
edmontonowl
I've still got the programme. Sadly I wasn't there but my neighbour was and he brought it back for me - good lad.
Flat Owl
Remember the horses and the apparent indifference to the fighting going on all over the place...

Utah Owl
I was at the back of the Kop on the south stand side. Luckily we were able to avoid any trouble but it was absolute carnage down in the corner if front of us. Thank goodness that the trouble didn't result in any really serious injuries or worse, because it was one of the most memorable games I have ever seen. To this day I still think if the club had signed McMordie and kept Tommo we would have stayed up.

the monk
Remember walking on the Lepp as a 14 year old, and looking across at the kop which was rammed with Man U and thinking this could get a bit dicey.....and it did !
Flying V
Strangely I remember the game but not the fighting.
darra
Stood on the kop behind the goal just behind the 1st gangway where I always stood for games until 1992.

Think it was this game that green un or Star had a picture of a group of Wednesday fans on kop surrounding by man u fans on front page, I've got it at home in loft. My old man said he'd took his glasses off tray for the incoming trouble

We tried to keep schtum all 90 minutes but kept going bananas every time we scored! Got plenty of dirty looks from the Manure fans but luckily didn't get attacked.
