You don't want to keep players when they have the opportunity like this to go an experience a different life education (Culture) , and to play a good quality of football and we think it will be beneficial to the football club that Matt goes over there and gets that experience and involved in first team football. Where it might be limited here if everyone stays fit. No (he's not in the shop window) we're still looking at Matt as having a future at the football Club it's just beneficial to get him some game time .So, as I say, it’s just beneficial to get him some game time. trev Posted December 10, 2019 Share Posted December 10, 2019 Anybody know he's been playing? He showed glimpses of being a very good player when he broke into our team. But seemed to stagnate and lose confidence somehow. Will be good to have more options at left back and left midfield anyway. Hopefully he can push for a starting place.
