Be totally lost without him at the moment.

Iorfa has been Brilliant aswell. But Borner and Lees would be ok as a centre back partnership.

We lost Fletcher we got nothing.

Kudos, missed a few today, but his goals have won us the game again

Out of a possible 1710 minutes (when he's been in the squad) he's played 1564.  Over 91%.   Played a full 90 minutes 11 times.

Our oldest outfield player!  He's a machine.

Ageing like a fine wine. Best form of his career. Keep it up Fletch.

Brilliant player one of the great shames of the last few years is that we never got to see him and Hooper up top as a partnership for a sustained period of time.

A cross between brilliant and frustrating today and in general.

Absolute kudos to him though for today. We would be lost without him.

We’ve all been desperate for a 20 goal striker. If Fletch can stay fit, he’ll get 20

Top man alongside Iorfa for consistently good performances.

Could have had 4 today.

where is he now in the goal scorers chart?

Couldn't give the slightest tosabout a striker getting 20 goals. It's the most over-rated cliche in football and way less indicative of how successful a team may be than most people seem to think. The last bloke to do it for us was in a season when we finished 15th in league one.

As for Fletcher himself, it was only about three weeks ago that there was a thread whinging that he was too slow, didn't score enough etc. He has been tremendous for us lately and you just have to admire how hard he works to stay as a major player when others might be thinking about their career winding down. And just a few months down the line from when it seemed like we could almost field a full team of capable strikers, we are much too dependent on him right now.

And to think come June is a free agent with no sign of a contract in the offing can leave a free.

Why oh why we have not a least tied him down to another year. Been out most consistent performer for last 2 years.

And would he want to stay if we were demoted to league 1or2.?

Weve finally got a manager who is getting the team to play to the strengths of our attackers
