It's the most over-rated cliche in football and way less indicative of how successful a team may be than most people seem to think. The last bloke to do it for us was in a season when we finished 15th in league one. As for Fletcher himself, it was only about three weeks ago that there was a thread whinging that he was too slow, didn't score enough etc. He has been tremendous for us lately and you just have to admire how hard he works to stay as a major player when others might be thinking about their career winding down. And just a few months down the line from when it seemed like we could almost field a full team of capable strikers, we are much too dependent on him right now.
