im not sure I have ever seen a post from you that isn’t a dig at other posters and fans.
Each to their own I guess.

You've replied in agreement to a few issues I have raised recently so you must have read some posts from me that aren't a dig at others, unless you were also having a dig at others! WTF:

Not sure where you are coming from to be honest as the vast majority of posts are about my football club. I am sometimes critical of what other posters put but am rarely if ever abusive. Have a look through my timeline and quote my recent posts if you think I am all about having a go at others.

Does this mean that the 'friends' we have to avoid FFP/P&S/restraint of competition, are actually the lawyers?

I hope we win. If not, it could turn out disastrous.

Ive criticised Chansiri often, and I think rightly, I never doubted his good intent, and faint praise that is..I know...but anyone who doesn't back him in this needs a long look themselves...

Its something thats been coming a long time for us..some of that, no doubt down to DC's running of the club...one thing he isn't doing in this case tho ..is running.

Its his money, its his club, its OUR club...Time to fight for it...and all being on the same side would help

I said the same earlier in this thread. As a fanbase, we absolutely need to stick together and get behind Chansiri and the club.

I do apologise, I had you confused with the other Hirsty username, lol who does have a dig in every post. Which makes it a strange Post  from you because you doNt usually do that. Apologies for the mistaken identity

Fair enough.

I don't think calling others meek is overly abusive. If you read the thread that developed on here over the past couple of days since a rag published something that happened 2 weeks ago and hardly changed the position we knew we were in anyway then it is hard to argue against a few being doom mongers. No doubt Chansiri has made some poor decisions during his time but the club always stated that they were in constant dialogue with the EFL over the last accounts and I am glad to see they are not taking this without a fight.

When the initial statement from the EFL came out i ALMOST commented on here.  An acquaintence of mine who is qualified in such matters, had told me that the action of the EFL was likely to be unlawful on THREE (yes 3) counts which i have to admit i didn't completely understand.  Two of these related to a restriction on trade that it seems none of the previous clubs to recieve sanctions had challenged.  This lady specialises in financial law and told me the probable reason for this was that these clubs didn't want further scrutiny of their accounts but that as long as the companies accounts were accurate it was almost certain that the club would have no case to answer and the EFL would be forced to review its finacial rules if they were scrutinised in court.  Another reason why i didnt post this on here earlier is that i couldn't get my head around the terminology used regarding the third count that basically says an organisation (usually regional councils but often a police force or the law its self) cannot punish someone/a company/organisation based on changes in legislation that occured after the event or in light of previous authorisation sanctioning the activity/action.  This seems to be the one chansiri is referring to in the club statement. How much of it applies in this case im not sure but my source told me it was highly likely that all 3 would be applicable..

For me this sheds new light on the situation.

Maybe that's why Mandaric was back in the country, too have a word with Mr C to warn him off going for the EFL.

That's why the EFL were spreading rumours he'd be banned from football.

There was no way we were winning the case in an EFL tribunal, but taking the EFL to court.

If the evidence is as good as the statement suggests, now that's something special. Give them the five fingered death punch Mr C

Was talking earlier about the article saying clubs are pushing for automatic relegation ... surely that doesn’t end well for anybody ?   How do they think the integrity of remaining fixtures is gonna be kept intact if they pull that stunt ?

Chansiri would probably refund season tickets, and not fulfill fixtures , just because he could

Nixon saying the charges are mainly as a result of other clubs pushing for them not souch the EFL looking to bring them.

Is as much club Vs club.  Joke is Gibson who is one of ring leaders had no qualms few years ago using a similar loophole in writing of tax losses to inflate profits when that was allowed.

He's going to burn the whole charade down at the EFL by the looks of it.

This could be the match which ignites  PL2.

Tbf we tried to take them on and got no where.

We felt we was victims at first but then once the details come out our owners had pretty much stuck two fingers up to efl for a while.

Tough one. Hope you dont get deducted anything.

EFL are in no mans land, stuck between one man and his crusade and three other clubs that the crusader has his eyes on.

The next decade or so of English football may actually stand in the balance here, this could be where things get forced to change.

Ultimately I think all parties will stand down though and it will be as you were..    Lets hope so because we all want a football club for our kids to support.

Money will always take precedence in the entertainment industry. The mid 2000s was the start of the decline for football and believe you me it’s only going to get worse
