Because it always comes down to the manager. Rightly or wrongly when a club is under performing.

Our strikers are so static and Hutch never moves forward.

The problem is, he's the guy who's supposed to be making the runs to pass to. Him and hutch might as well be central defenders.

He’s the midfield player, he has the ball in the middle of the pitch. He’s doing his job. The strikers need to find space, come short for him. The wingers need to make runs or make themselves available. 
 

When Bannan gets the ball everyone else just expects him to play the perfect ball to their feet. It’s lazy.
