Fletcher isn’t very good, and most probably isn’t the answer, but at least him and Nuhiu put in a shift. Rhodes and Winnall were goal scorers, but now they’re not, and consequently offer nothing else

Putting in shifts is not getting us goals though and consequently not winning us games. Something has to change.

No I agree, I’ve long said Fletcher isn’t good enough, but at the moment, he’s probably still our best option Hopefully in January, we can address things

It's hard for anyone to score when your not getting a look in.

Rhodes has had 10 minutes this season, Winnall has had slightly more.

A fair point, but just by observing their qualities, you can see that they don’t have the footballing ability Both need to be playing in the league below

Is that the same Rhodes who has played for 10 minutes this season and was largely praised for his contributions, however for the Rhodes bashers out there he didn't score so let's bash him some more.

Don't think so, think it's the Rhodes that has played an hour

FWIW I honestly believe both will play in the championship when they come to leave us and both will score goals at this level.

Possibly, if they can find a team that can carry that sort of player, or find them a role, as Norwich did with Rhodes. Very few sides at this level, will find a start for a player like that, as they don’t do enough for the overall performance of the team

Maybe so, I just feel there is a player in there that could address our goal shortage.

He is a player we didn't need and for a number of reasons will do go down as one of worst signing ever, sadly much of that isn't down to him, under Coco we didn't play a system that gave him a chance and under Dross he was loaned out.

I hoped Bruce would be the man to get him firing again but to say that didn't go to plan would be an under statement.

Whilst his days are numbered here I would have him along side Fletcher for a few games and give him a decent run, we aren't scoring goals and there is little to lose.

Don't have footballing abitily! Since 2012, Rhodes stats state otherwise, plus Winnall has 11 goals in 22 championship games before coming to us.

Not sure who people are expecting us to sign in January cause no way we will bring in anyone who is gonna be top 10 championship quality. If anything it will be another unproven striker. Its easy to say that Rhodes or Winnall wont offer anything but without a run in the team this season, how do we know.

Something has to change, Reach and Harris supporting Fletcher just doesn't work

Fletcher needs help. He can’t do it all by himself. Personally I would like to see Fletcher and FF start on Saturday with 2 of Nuhiu/Rhodes/Winnall on the bench ready to come on. Surely swapping FF for Reach makes sense after another poor performance from Reach.

If you ever listen to that podcast Under The Cosh, they had Tommy Miller on, him and Jon Parkin were on about him, both played with him at Huddersfield. They both said he's not one of those strikers who does all the hard work, all the chasing, so to never expect that, he's just a goalscorer, supply him the service and he'll score. Sadly that doesn't seem to have worked for him here.

Actually 67 minutes in the league, and 115 in the cup.  And he's done absolutely nothing, much like the majority of his last 4 years as a very highly paid footballer making a living off his former reputation.

Can we do that?!

You've said he only had 10 minutes twice, now you've grudgingly changed your tune to half a game, when the facts are that this season he's played for 182 minutes (and the stats don't include injury time either), that's actually over 3 hours including a full game against lower league Rotherham, when the only thing I can remember him doing is getting outpaced by 48 year old Richard Wood despite having a few yards start.

It's time some people faced facts, he's not suddenly going to magically rediscover his form from 5 years ago, the lad was effectively finished as a top class Championshp striker at 25.
