Monk no better than Jos

There, I've said it.

Far far far too pedestrian, backwards negative football. No movement on the odd occasions we do venture forward, and wrong formation is isolating the only decent striker we have.

Very very poor. I give it 12 months tops.

Tin hat over here please.

Remember the zero strikers game?

Or the dropping Hector after getting POTM game?

Or the Hutch as #10 game?

Or the Joost van Aken games?

Or the delicious football in our own box games?

Or the throwing random kids in games?

Or the refusing to play good players games?

Or the mute coach on the sideline games?

Or the rocking back and forward on the bench games?

Do you remember the Jos games?

What fun that was.

No attempt at a wind up trust me.

I've not been as bored watching wednesday since the dros days... we're a hard watch at the moment I'm afraid, and we wont have even half the funds required to sort this mess of a squad out.

You have got to be on drugs.

We are playing well but just not getting the results at the moment. Keep playing as we are  though and the results will come.

There is a clear lack of goal threat and the usual feeble midfield unable to help the defence nor to set up attacks.

I watched them under Eustace and Wilson but not the others.

Terry Yorath struggled badly too. JL had a terrible injury list and unsympathetic fans. The local media were close to harassing him and the language problem showed our intolerance of serious rather dour foreigners who could not speak English well. Not flattering of our attitudes.

His results are definitely on the slide, but he’s still got a bit to go before he can be compared to Jos Thought we were OK tonight

OK but no killer touch or ruthlessness in front of goal, 1 up front at home is hard to accept, especially against a rank average side, this cautious approach is costing us dearly.

Reach playing like a stray pony is costing us

Westwood not being able to read a corner is costing us

Rhodes wage on the over head is costing us

1 up front is not

Agree with your points but 1 upfront at home doesn't work for me, just my opinion.

I thought we were poor last night but we still created enough good chances to win 2 games. Is that down to monk or the players?.

Well we could certainly do with a proven goalscorer, not sure when we had a player in the top rankings.

We’ve been ok since monk took over but this team doesn’t score goals and is

mentally fragile. This was a typical Wednesday performance.
