Jeffers …...when you need a goal to avoid relegation you don't want to see a striker pulling out of a header coz he sees the keeper coming ..

Ashley Deadwood, dear oh dear. A particular low-light was a home game against Palace that turned their way when they score 3 in about 5 minutes just before half-time thanks to his inept performance. He got subbed at half-time.

 

Danny Maddix wasn't much better alongside him. I think he had a loan spell or a trial where he looked really impressive and had us singing 'sign him up'. As soon as he signed a proper contract it was like we'd got a different player.
