0114
Possibly 4231 with Lee playing much higher than Pelupessy and Hutch. Think we still have enough to win today. Scrappy 1-0 for me.

I think its best midfield three in the circumstsnces. For the front three I wod have stuck FF in for Reach. But Monk disagrees!
Matt_1
A bit worried about where the spark is going to come from in that midfield. If Lee plays like he can, we might be ok. Otherwise I can see it getting scrappy in the middle.
striker
Bad news Bannan and Luongo out. Hutch and Joey playing may signal a 4231 of sorts, two defensive midfielders and hopefully Lee more advanced along with Harris and Reach. If we drop too deep and becomes 451, could be a long afternoon.

Mind you we can still beat these spinning jennies from cotton wool town...flippin flippety flappers! Come along now you Blue and White (probably playing in green today!) Wizzaaaards!! Stoop
Tbf Monk has been pretty much spot on so far, so I’m confident of a result

It's a proper "we mean business" line up. I'd like to see who's on the "to turn up with kit" list, though. It's about time Fernando got a start and therefore the chance to catch some set of b@stards still cold rather than relying on the idea of bringing him on later to raptorise a tired opposition defence. Just my opinion, natch.

Just my opinion, natch. One of the thing since Monk joined is that we've been able to eek out those results in tight games. If we keep that defensive solidity - and that line up suggests we'll do that- then we have enough in Harris, Fletch and perhaps Nando coming in that we can nick a goal too.
