Unless you've got a season ticket it's an absolute rip off. And season tickets are among the 15 most expensive in the country. And we're STILL in the Championship. What do you propose people do? All you do is whine about it on here as far as I can see.

Tomorrow they'll be about 27,000 with 4,500 Leeds fans.

The bizarre thing is that the ticket revenues barely seem to make a dent in our ffp issues.

HighworthOwl
I just cant bring myself to spend that kind of money on football. Don't live local so a very costly day out. Normally attend 10 to 15 home games a season and a couple of local-ish (to me) away games (usually Reading, Bristol City and Swansea) but this year i wont get anywhere near 10 games. Its a shame i really miss it but i refuse to pay that sort of money for a game. Even with the membership discount its a joke.

Supporters are supporters weather they can afford a ST or not, but the club sees fit to treat non ST holders as cash cows, and rips them off. Its disgusting. Indeed. In Sheffield at the mo and would like to go with my old man who is a season ticket holder but I just cant pay those prices.

bigash_swfc
What's the cut off point for people to happily pay on the gate? I'd put £30 in the clubs pocket.
Womble Owl
If it wasn't for the fact I got made redundant earlier on this year and got a small payout, I wouldn't be able to afford a season ticket, let alone the match by match prices. I'm not having a go at the club, as we're not the only ones doing it, it's just a sign of the times I'm afraid, like people spending £1000 on a piece of plastic to phone someone on

Probably because we have folk on here that think it's ok, and giving us stats to prove it We have one off cheap games and crowds dont increase We are averaging more than when it was cheap(er) DCs plan has worked to get everyone buying s/ts If you want quality you have to pay for it We only averaged a few more in the prem At the end of the day you have a choice you dont have to go Folk managed to afford it at Wembley Meanwhile we are 3rd in the league against one of the biggest clubs and there are going to be empty seats everywhere . Factor in, tram suspension , parking problems, road closures, entrance /exit closures ,rip off food drink , the whole match day experience dont look too great does it !! Unless the team can come up trumps and save the day

The goalposts will be moved and it will never be cheap enough. The same folk will then go nuts on Twitter when we sell out an away game. Massive etc...
