The detail that wasn't actually included in the OP:

As part of the club’s commitment to residents living in and around Hillsborough, our stadium operations team are providing key information relative to all matchday activity in S6.

This will include all pertinent issues and continues for tonight’s Championship fixture against Stoke City.

Match details
Tuesday 22 October
Championship
Sheffield Wednesday v Stoke City
Kick-off: 7.45pm

Visiting coaches: Four
Visiting supporters: 700
Attendance: 24,000

Road closures
Herries Road/Herries Road South diversion route 9.30pm – 10.30pm
Penistone Road North single lane closed 6.45pm – 9.15pm
Catch Bar Lane/Leppings Lane closed 7.00pm – 9.30pm
Penistone Road both carriageways closed 9.30pm – 10.30pm

Better off concentrating on closing herries Road to the scum who constantly smash car windows, to easy though, it would be seen to helping supporters.

For anyone living on the triangle between the ground and Leppings Lane, a plea - please do not try to travel either into or out of Sheffield City Centre, even if you are not a football fan. Do not try to get out of the area at all. You are in LOCK_DOWN. Please do not blame the City Council, the SYPolice, or SAG,. Its not their fault! And don't try to reach the City Centre or other places southwards on Saturday, Its those dreadful Leeds fans and , of course ALL the SW supporters (nothing but a band of Terrorists)

My mom lives on Shenstone Rd , opposite top of Vere rd . she cant walk far ,and relys on her car to get to the shops. she is now a prisoner in her own home on matchdays.

Not only that , i have always parked on her drive when i go to a game, now im also knackered .

First time tonight I realized you couldn’t walk down Leppings Lane and access the South Stand from that direction before the match. A row of around 25 stewards turned me and others back. Other a few Wednesday fans getting turned round at 7pm, the place was deserted. Bizarre set up.

Surely stewards have no legal right to deny members of the public access along any public road.

To clarify, the stewards were lined up just on the concourse. I knew you couldn’t exit that way after the match, but didn’t realize you were restricted beforehand.

Not a public road once you are off Leppings Lane

Sorry vulva, as usual I'm not paying attention and didn't read any further than "couldn't walk down Leppings Lane", and "line of stewards" Completely ignored the rest of your post.

Attention span of a goldfish I'm afraid.

Did that reach the top 10?

Was it the b side to embarrassment?

I'm certain 'Shut Up' reached the top 10.

I was a massive Madness fan and was thrilled in the 80s when it was announced that Madness were the first band since the Beatles to have 15 consecutive top ten singles around the time Cardiac Arrest was released.

Of course i could have dreamt this but I'm 100% this was announced on the radio or TOTP at the time.

Well done all involved, another crisis averted. Could’ve been really nasty on Leppings Lane as the 20 Stoke fans walked back to their coaches.

Was a good call getting the police helicopter out as well. Just in case 22k Wednesdays hid in a bush waiting to ambush the 20 Stoke fans.
