Impressed by him tonight. Linked the play well between midfield and attack and used the ball very well and positively.

Does seem to make us play a lot more football when in there as 4-3-3, seems the preferred pick over Lee for that role. Only gripe was should've passed when Fletcher was open 2nd half instead tried a shot.

The foul for the goal was just a coming together and an awful decision by the ref. Definately is fitting into the side better now which is a good sign.

Did ok. One or two mistakes, but think he'll get fitter and sharper the more he plays.

He is clearly struggling fitness wise. I thought he was blowing out of his backside for the last 30 mins. Shows what missing a full pre-season does in top level football nowadays.

Definitely better in a three.

Did QPR just shun him off before we signed him or something. Why wouldn't he have had preseason with them?

The only thing he should be lacking is cohesion with the team. Fitness should not be an issue.

Thought he looked the exact type of player we need in there.

With more time he’ll improve too.

As for not passing to Fletcher, I get that, but we need anyone and everyone having proper shots at goal IMO

Still looks short on fitness to me.

Did alright in patches though. A few breaking runs forward with the ball I hope will be a herald of what we can expect from him when firing on all cylinders.

He’s what we’ve been missing, the link between midfield and attack, but needs to step his fitness up

Not sure why but both Bullen and Monk have referred to him not having a full pre season with QPR, hence why he has had so little game time in the early part of the season.

He was an excellent signing. Currently I see Lee as a better option, Nuhiu created a chance near the end that I would be 99% certain Lee would have been arriving on to. Also, he had a clear opportunity to set up Fletch and made a decision to shoot himself from a less promising position. Good player though, will improve.

Drifted in and out of the game. Involved in some good stuff then didn’t really notice him for 10 minutes

The work he is doing though looks better week on week

I like that he takes the defenders and runs at them. None of this passing it 5 metres side ways.

Watching last night there were a few times where when he receives ball it’s 50/50 whether he keeps it but did great to control and beat the first man. But on beating first man rather than play the simple ball he seems to then run into the second man, think he needs to trust the others around him bit more.

Struggling with a knock isn’t he ? That said , it’s clear to see he has more than the other midfielders we have . Should deffo be the first name on the team sheet for a midfield place .
