Steve Down South Posted October 18, 2019 Share Posted October 18, 2019 Ref was awful - Cardiff goal came from free kick that never was, taken by a player who should have been sent off, with Flint attempting to distract keeper from offside position! Not saying they’re bad players but if we are to achieve anything we need more character and bravery with and without the ball. 4 of the 5 midfielders couldn’t affect the game for 45 mins. Would have settled for a point before match but the offside rule really winds me up. Bannan at least retains possession why take him off. Murphy awful, should have been Forestieri all day probably for Lluongo. We gave away so many silly free kicks it was ridiculous. We should have been out of sight but a mixture of poor finishing and bottling the second half has cost us 2 very valuable points.
