I love you too.

Sorry, I've probably come across as a bit of a *** with my first post. I've been up way too long as I only came off nights  last night. I was grumpy,  bit saw the team sheet and just thought we had given it up before we started. I thought the club over priced the tickets for a cup match and we looked proper championship against a proper away crowd. I just felt really gutted tonight,  we lost it in 10 minutes,  and we didn't need to.

It only takes good positioning and one touch to be a goalscorer.

If you're one on one with the goalkeeper or bringing the ball under control and shooting high and wide, I'm certai there's more than one touch involved. There's a bit more to scoring goals than having one touch, which I'm pretty confident he doesn't have.

If we can get Winnall up to match fitness, he'll get goals. He needs a run in the team though, and I can't see that happening.

The evidence tonight suggests otherwise. A one on one in the third minute. Beat the offside trap early in second half to send a diving header over. Both should have been despatched.

Probably should have said match sharpness, rather than fitness. He gets in all the right positions, which is a good start. The only other striker with that in their locker is Nuhiu.

No I didn't agree with anything you said

Read my edit

As regards to Big man if he had a mare I would give him pelters

You however would find fault no matter what good he brought to the team ...

Read my edit....classic......so you did agree with everything I said  but when I pointed it out you changed it....brilliant

Dawson - 6 - Goals are goals but man hes way too slow to get the ball out- almost time wasting when we're losing. Ever heard of throwing it mate?

Odubajo - 5 - At fault but also put in a decent enough shift.

Iorfa - 6 - As above.

Thorniley - 7- Solid enough really

Fox - 7- As above

Murphy - 6  - Weak. pulled out of a couple of early challenges but does not offer enough for me.

Luongo - 7- Some class there, just needs game time.

Pelupessy - 5 - Some very wayward balls.

Reach - 6 - Looks like he doesn't want to be on pitch at times. Did create a bit.

Winnall - 6- Shame.

Nuihu - 8 - MOM.

Dawson - 7 no chance with goals, one brilliant save

Moses - 5 same as Saturday “we’re in blue and white mate”

Fox - 6 tried to get forward and put crosses In

Thorniley - 7 steady

Iorfa - 7 steady

Murphy - 3 come and sit with me lad

Joey - 6.5 steady eddy

Luongo - 8 MoM - must start on Sat

Reach - 0 - absolutely sh*te again - drop him

Nuhiu - 7 - Ballon D’Or finalist

Winnall - 6 - shooting practice needed

Rhodes - 1 - its like watching a poor tribute act to the player he once was

Fletcher - 6 creates a focal point

Harris - 6 needs ball to get to him quicker

interesting though that our best two home performances have come without Bannan in the side

Dawson - 7 no chance with goals, distribution ok

Moses - 5  two diagonal balls into the right back area, two goals.  Says it all.

Fox - 6 defensively sound, crossing poor

Thorniley - 7 steady

Iorfa - 6  missed an absolute sitter

Murphy - 4 flatters to deceive still

Joey - 7 broke up play, didn't get dragged too deep.

Luongo - 7  broke up play, didn't get dragged too deep.

Reach - 7 - created the best chances we had

Nuhiu - 7 - linked play well

Winnall - 5 - yard off the pace and missed two good chances

Rhodes - 6 - held ball up, no real chances

Fletcher - 6

Harris - 5 Didn't really get into the game

Overall, I thought we did ok.  Certainly didn't get dragged as deep as in recent games.

Tbf it was the start of game and against a good keeper.

Should've had the minerals to beat a keeper 1on1 tho.

My problem was starting nuhiu. Too immobile. Wants the ball and made some good/lucky forward passes but it just bought them time to defend it.

Rhodes did enough for me to warrant jumping ahead in pecking order but don't know what story is with his situation.

Did you go?

Nuhiu, and I am not a big fan, had one of his best games for us, Rhodes might as well have sat with me, he offered absolutely nothing,,,

Yes I did.

As a striker I don't remember anything of note he did. Chest the ball and pass it is what he's half decent.

Loungo for me with Iorfa close behind, these two were an absolute mile ahead of everyone else

It was very nice to see us having real energy in our centre midfield, as opposed to two who are prepared to sit in and play from deep

Loungo was like a wasp, he was all over the place and constantly got his foot in

Team for Middlesborough = Loungo, Iorfa and 9 others

Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife.
