Excellent technique in creating the 3rd, then a Ronaldo chop and cracking finish with his left foot for the 4th, not bad for a right back! Played most of last season as central midfielder, sometimes even used wide right. Before this season I didn't even know that he can fill in at right back. It is interesting that this year we are playing both full-backs from last season (Thompson and Ellery) as central defenders, pulled Farmer to play right back, and gave Oliver (who played very little last year) chance at left-back. Youth Hawker Posted September 15, 2019 Author Share Posted September 15, 2019 That is a cracking goal. Scored another spectacular left footer against Millwall a few weeks ago. To answer about Glover and Bonnington. Saw them a few times last season. Glover - U16's captain from last year. Central midfielder who links up play. Always shows for the ball and has an excellent work rate. Bonnington - Scored regularly for 16's last season. Got to be six foot tall. Name keeps coming up online.
