'you can't fool all of the people, all of the time', but it looks like uncle coco fooled some, and still does. Bloody hell mate the Championship is littered with clubs who threw money at it, using many different managers in the process. CC came with an inch of getting there many other managers who spent more failed by much more. Least we had a couple of seasons of excitement much better than all crap we had to put up with since the Prem days.

In all honesty haven't you ever sounded out another job whilst still employed, because everyone else has.

It was always my understanding that we massively over achieved that season, reached Wembley totally unexpectedly, probably before we were ready and playing a team that arguably were stronger in every area of the pitch. We lost to a single worldy goal & somehow it is the guy who made us over achieve ie Carlos who is to blame. I absolutely do not understand the hatred towards Carlos, I really don't. He was like a breath of fresh air after everything we had gone through, gave us the best couple of seasons we'd had since the early 90s and fine, it didn't quite pan out. We also had more media attention than we had seen in living memory. Why we can't just accept that he did what he did, it didn't quite pan out & move on without the undeserved vitriol is beyond me. There is no written rule that everyone has to be either a total Saint or a total Sinner, although that binary thinking seems to be the norm on here. Carlos made mistakes, like all managers, but he did an awful lot right as well. FFS stop painting him in a totally negative light. He wishes us well & gets this Sh*t back!!!

Costello 77
I really don't understand why there's a fuss about this..as others have pointed out.... however there is a clangingly obvious way to avoid it happening....
prowl
I saw the original tweet from CC and must admit it grated on me. I rationalised that English isn't CC's first language, he possibly doesn't realise that you can't use 'welcome to' unless you personally are there. Storm in a teacup really. There's lots of poo to have a go at CC for but this probably isn't one of them.

The thing I remember most about Carlos During that first season, pundits, up and down the country loved us, we were respected because of the beautiful football Carlos brought in For me, Carlos gave us our pride back Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife.
