EFL commission independent ground valuation?

Recommended Posts

Sorry to step off my Cowley cloud, but Ram's mate sent me this. Can you backdate a loophole? Seems to be from The Time's.  I don't know if it's worth worrying about or not? Surely DC's finance and legal bods crawled all over the sale.

Apols I can't embed tweets or if it's been done before?

Just now, The Regulator said:

The fact is that the stadium is worth whatever someone is prepared to pay for it.

And facts are EFL will say it’s worth whatever there tin pot independent firm says it is

In my totally uniformed view, that was my worry. The EFL might be a bit touchy after the Bury and Bolton thing, not like they avoided all criticism. Seem like the sort of over reaction I would expect from such a poo organisation that's barely fit for purpose.

And if their valuation is lower there has been a fall in value since DC bought it off himself! The auditors must have been all over this yet we know that the EFL likes to fly in the face of officialdom, as they did with FF.
