Anus
Sorry to step off my Cowley cloud, but Ram's mate sent me this. Can you backdate a loophole? Seems to be from The Time's. I don't know if it's worth worrying about or not? Surely DC's finance and legal bods crawled all over the sale. https://mobile.twitter.com/deanocx/status/1169319282402111488?ref_src=twsrc^tfw|twcamp^tweetembed|twterm^1169319282402111488&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fdcfcfans.uk%2Findex.php%3Fapp%3Dcore%26module%3Dsystem%26controller%3Dembed%26url%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.com%2Fdeanocx%2Fstatus%2F1169319282402111488 Apols I can't embed tweets or if it's been done before? @owlstalk
Derby County’s purchase of Pride Park is being investigated by the EFL. Independent stadium valuations have also been commissioned for Sheffield Wednesday and Reading.(@thetimes) #dcfc #swfc #readingfc— Deano (@deanocx) September 4, 2019 Owlstalk Shop

Popular Post Lord Snooty
Independent Stadium valuations. I'll give it a week till SAG get one of their stooges in their working under cover. "Hillsborough? Well, in my expert opinion it's worth about fourteen pounds."
TheEnchanter
I'll lose my poo at everyone and everything if this comes back to bite us. Including Chansiri, the EFL and the dustbin man. If it doesn't then happy days.
S36 OWL
I have secret ,ancient documents in my shed that prove there is gold under the stadium , lots of it, so the ground is definitely worth what DC paid himself for it.
Guest
Was always gonna pop up this, there ever actually been an official figure for what Chansiri pumped in for the ground ?

WalthamOwl
Was always going to come back and bite us in the arse. Should never have gotten to having to sell the ground in the first place. No chance Cowleys would come here when things like this are going on. They would be crazy too.

The EFL might be a bit touchy after the Bury and Bolton thing, not like they avoided all criticism. Seem like the sort of over reaction I would expect from such a poo organisation that's barely fit for purpose.

The auditors must have been all over this yet we know that the EFL likes to fly in the face of officialdom, as they did with FF.
