WalthamOwl
Rhodes, Winnall and Nuhiu all start. So we have gone from playing 1 out and out striker to 3. Interesting. Defence looks a little worrying. Though FF might have started to be honest. Edited August 28, 2019 by WalthamOwl
Jon Newsome
Too many changes for me, think we'll get done over, totally new centre back partnership worries me. Also no idea how that lines up, that's either a 4-4-2 with Winnall left, or a 4-3-3 with Murphy in midfield.

Lord Tight Arse
Pretty mad that Nando can’t even get in the starting 11 for a cup game....Something isn’t right behind the scenes with him, my opinion..
Owls-Fan
Dawson Iorfa Bates Thorniley Fox Winnall Pelupessy Luongo Murphy Rhodes Nuhiu Edited August 28, 2019 by Owls-Fan
robowl4life
I’d read that line up as more of a 4-3-3. Nuhiu up top in middle holding balls up and flicking them on either side to Winnall and Rhodes.
Jon Newsome
Not impressed with the selection, think too many changes will make us disjointed and slow to get going. Still, good chance for fringe lads to impress and there's enough quality there to get through this tie.
trev
Well it's different....ill give him that. Winnall has been playing midfield in a few times recently hasn't he? But still...strange line-up. Could be a masterstroke!!
WalthamOwl
Not really sure how those players are going to fit in to the team. A few odd choices imo, midfield looks a bit odd.

Completely agree, a fine example of players fitted into a system, not a system to suit the players imo.

TheEnchanter
Think one of our problems in recent years is managers getting carried away with how our players are versatile and can play in different positions yet when you look at successful teams the main aspect of their success is the consistency in the line up and the fact that esch player plays in the same position through the season. GMOwl72
Simples. 3 at the back - Bates, Thorniley and Big Dave.
David1867
Ridiculous team selection from Bullen. it would be nice to think that he's actually wanting to win this game. Rotherham will be fired up, there will be local bragging rights at stake so what does Bullen do. He continues to freeze out FF and then brings in Dawson and Nuhiu. Criminal. Sonny
Winnall out wide then. I suppose it could work. Like it’s not totally impossible.

We might have a gap between the six defenders and four attackers.
