My old manager encouraged us to stick our fingers up their players arris just as the ball was about to be delivered from a set piece.

"Hard to jump with a finger up the ricker!" He encouraged.

In hindsight I might have preferred you'd been giving the team talk.

Any videos?

Of the presser I mean....

Erm, asking for a friend.

Tomorrow will be a good barometer of how far we’ve come and how the season might pan out.

Id be happy with a draw tbh. 10 points from 5 would be a great start

I've got visions of all your players walking away sniffing their forefingers. Unfortunately it might stick in my mind for some time.

I hope you washed your hands before the half time orange.lol

Why? Chocolate and orange is a great combo...

Yep, all the time.

With Carlos I read it in Portuguese.

With Jos it was all Double Dutch to me.

Indeed.

Tough game tomorrow. Never a happy hunting ground for us.

Would deffo take a point. There is no reason why we shouldn't go there with confidence.

Suppose there is always a sense with this group (the core of it) that you're never quite sure what will turn up.

Preston are a tough side away from home. A real test.

Hopefully see Reach move out wide against his former club. With Lee back in the middle. I’d rest Murphy for this one.

That was the second part of his mantra.

If the victim for any reason didn't have keks on but just a jock-strap and you found you had unfortunately acquired a chocolate digit then you should resist the natural urge to wipe it off and instead keep it in situ for use later in the game, where, at an opportune moment you would wipe it across your opponents top lip right under his nose, and hopefully get him sent off when he punched you in the face.

"Tactics"

I used to play at a decent level with a guy I'll call Paul (in case he's reading this) and we were forbidden to play Sunday football but we did for different teams.

I wound him up that much that he punched me straight in the mouth in front of the ref.. I said don't send him off we're pals and I haven't lost any teeth.. to prove how trivial it was I laughed and a tooth shot out..

Will Bully shake it up a bit or will he stick with the same players that played against Luton?

Bullen mentioned about rotating the subs bench, will we see a change in lineup and formation.

I'd tweak it.

Either one of Reach or Murphy makes way imo.

Might not be a bad idea to get Luongo in too.

Toytown next Wednesday would probably be the time we make big changes.

I would like to see the towering Bates play, very highly rated.  Could have been Bullen's recommendation to get him in.

we need to give our attacking players the freedom to go and ask them (Preston) questions.

You mean like a pub quizz?

Fletch walking into the area with their centre back, "

"Which north east club won their first FA Cup Final in 1937, beating Preston North End?"

Just as the corner kick is taken

" Which English club won two Inter-Cities Fairs Cups in 1968 and 1971?"

It would be great fun.

(Sorry, just the way my mind works sometimes)

Come on man, i need the answers. This is killing me.
