I don't want him back.

Same way I didn't want Atkinson back when he was fresh out of clubs that would give him another roll of the dice.

I reckon the Newcastle gig is Bruce's last in football, he was on the fence about wanting to take another one after Villa and we should have perhaps seen the signs.

Plus he's fat knacker.

either or, hes laughing all the way to the bank, he has no worries.

But that in a nutshell is always the issue hiring someone with a long track record.

Just how motivated they are, and is it purely a payday they are looking for.

I think we are well shut.

He did tho didn't he. You want loyalty then get a dog.

I think there will be a number of Championship clubs who'll engage him after he leaves the Toon, bearing in mind his track record of promotion.

Chairmen want that PL paycheck, and he's the means by which they'll get it.

It'll be our lot to watch him take another Championship team up, and be left thinking what might have been.

Sad though as I do think he was having the desired impact.

They’ve played two games?

Bruce has left us with some great signings and a fitter squad. The players will also have learned a little about what is needed to succeed in the short time he was here.

Football is big business. He’s gone to a bigger business for more money.

If Newcastle were in the championship and you were manager but Wednesday, who were in the Prem, offered you more money to move, would you go?

I’m very loyal but it would be a tough call.

It's nice to watch him fail after what he did to us... but also let's just enjoy our season as well.

The harder he fails, the quicker he gets sacked and gets his compo.

Bruce will be sunning himself on a beach this Christmas with another 6 figure payout in his back pocket, laughing his head off at being called a failure.

True.... hope Ashley has put a clause in his contract stating if he isn't at a certain position by Christmas and gets sacked for it he doesn't get any compensation.
