Apologies if this has been covered, but who found them?

Was it Bruce?

We hammer him, understandably, but did he and his team have Borner, Odubajo, Murphy, Luongo and Harris in their sights?

Cant imagine Bullen had much of a role in it.

I know now it doesn’t actually matter a carrot. Bully has used them like a flipping master so far. Huge credit to him.

Harris has had two blinders. Borner looks like he fits us and Tom like an old slipper. Odubajo came thru a poor day at Reading to be excellent today. Luongo looks the dogs nuts - speed, energy, power, positional sense and intelligence (the way he blocked the fullback in his corner without fouling).

They look fabulous assets. Huge praise to DC and whoever found them and persuaded him.

The recruitment team working from a set of requirements given by the manager.

ie youth, cheap,  pace, cheap, energy, winger, cheap etc

Just shows money spent doesn't always equate to quality, as we well know.

all our signings look good, just  to think we had Jones, Abdi and Boyd not too long ago . None of the these would have been challenging for a place in the team, we mow have riches beyond belief

The scouting team who Bruce put together identified these players. Bullen said so in pre match press conference. These guys have done excellent job and you can not complain about any of them. Not much said about Borner but he looks a very good player to me, what we have been looking for. It has put our previous recruitment efforts into context.
