SiJ
De Bruyne is the best player in the league. City's problems are the lack of quality CBs. They lost Kompany in the summer and Laporte has missed most of the season. Fernandinho has had to drop back to partner the hapless Otamendi, Stones etc. You've also got Rodri acclimatising to English football. That's a major reason in why City have been so off the pace this season. No Sane too. Edited February 3, 2020 by SiJ
Owls-Fan
Yes it’s Man City’s break up in defence this season that has cost them. Plus Aguero missed a few games through injury too. LiVARpool have been lucky for a few reasons, including lack of long term injuries to any key players like Van Dyk, Salah, Mane or Firmino. Hopefully Man City, Man Utd, Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton can improve their squads in the summer and make it a more competitive league next season, and stop stupid things like pigs being in the top

I think with both David and Bernardo Silva last season it was more balanced. In terms of pure ability/talent, De Bruyne is the best player in the league. He is having a very good season in a City team slightly off the boil. Henderson might be having a great season, but Jurgen Klopp would bin him off in a heartbeat to have Kevin De Bruyne in his side. I don't understand how you keeping ignoring the fact that City are without Kompany and Laporte from last season, which has in turn let to Fernandinho moving back into the heart of City's defence. To pin City's defensive issues on De Bruyne is just, well, odd. Edited February 3, 2020 by SiJ
SiJ
Also, De Bruyne was a pivotal figure in City's title winning season when they won the league with over a hundred points. Edited February 3, 2020 by SiJ

In a recent statement, the EPL and Jerkoff Klopp the LiVARpool manager seriously suggested : You know the EPL should have a Winter Break, give payers a rest so's they don't have to play in the cold and on heavy pitches. We could schedule it when the weather's bad so's we can avoid postponements and fixture congestion To the tune of "Who are ya, who are ya", God and his fellow ancient Gods of weather (Zeus and Thor and all that lot) were heard to say CIARA! sMacLean
Sadio Mane the best player in the league for me in terms of workrate, team work and end product. Can't believe Pep has a side so thin on defenders, expect Koulibaly to get signed in the summer.
Birley Owl 1867
I know we cant laugh because we conceded yesterday due to a similar mistake. But we got him for him nowt. They spent 22m on him to do that
