It is very unusual for so many top teams to be so poor at the same time. At the same time Liverpool have got over their injury problems and have a full squad available. Of course they deserve to be top because they have won their games but the competition is not at the normal standard Nonsense. Was anyone saying this when City or Chelsea romped at a canter? The last tight title race in memory was Leicester and Tottenham, the same year "pundits" claimed to be of substandard competitive quality. Absolute testicles you're swallowing from your friends in the media, pal. Those with a vested interest in seeing tired dinosaur programs still regarded as being relevant. If you want to debate the football quality of the other teams at the top of the league then do so , alternatively if you want to spout clap trap like your final paragraph then I am not interested in what you have to say. owls maniac
No way are the scousers cocking it up this time. There is no challenger close to them IMO. Where can I go next summer to avoid the wankathon?
The only way is S6
Why didn’t VAR give any penalties to Man City for the 2 handballs? It was obvious after one tv replay, maybe 20 seconds later. Crazy.

Love him, or hate him. I think that’s the way it is at most successful clubs. We’ve seen plenty of teams throw money at it in the top two divisions over the years and win nothing because the man at the helm wasn’t the right fit for them, then one comes along and turns them around. The problem is who do they replace him with when the time comes If the club is to continue to be successful? Very few have dynasties as long as Ferguson and when Klopp goes how the hell do they follow that? The same might even be said about over the city. WalthamOwl
Poch sacked at Spurs. Not had the best season so far but was a very good manager that really hasn’t had the backing he deserved in the transfer market. Be interesting who they turn to next. Wonder if Jose Mourinho would be tempted.

Bannofan
Everything looks set for Liverpool to win the league at a canter this year. Best squad, good attitude, hunger, inspiring manager. City looking like 4th place is their level . Leicester and Chelsea full of confidence, looking like they can maintain their positions. What is slightly weird is that the hopelessness of Arsenal, Man Utd & Spurs has led to a massive battle for 5th place again - but with different teams. scram
If the Palace goal chalked off by var is the standard then at least 50% of all goals scored from corners will not be allowed Absolute farce
mattitheowl
If the hierarchy at Old Trafford think that OGS is the answer then they are asking all the wrong questions. They should go out and give Pocchetino whatever he wants. Just not bothered...
