Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

You could say that about anything, from a football injury to a RTA. Doesn't make it any less of a freak accident. He didn't intend on injuring the player.

True you can.

Difference is though Son didn't deliberately injure Gomes but he definitely deliberately hacked him down. Whereas in a car accident, most drivers dont deliberately lose control and crash do they.

Saying that, all accidents are preventable.

Not working for Norwich at all, is it

They look doomed already

Norwich really are going to regret not investing in the squad during the summer. Whoever made that decision is clueless.

They went up not being able to defend so it was hardly a surprise that, having not brought in any top level defenders, they are struggling at the back.

No doubt they play "nice" football but that doesn't get you very far when you come up against real quality.  You'll get away with it 80% of the time in the Championship, but not in the Premier League.  United have built year on year on an absolute rock solid defence and it's continued this year.

Just not bothered...

Arsenal have missed a trick in not getting Brendan Rogers in.  He'd have sorted them right out and had them in the top 4 no bother.

No one had Rodgers on the radar.  The media branded him a David Brent and it unfairly stuck.  No flipping way Arsenal and their hard wee pipe for "continental" would have swung for br.

Really looking forward to the game today. Actually think City will win but I’m not really bothered who does as long as it’s a good game.

These games that are billed as The big matches are generally boring games.
