bit left  sorry mid  field

It wont happen because DC rightly wants success yesterday but  looking at the list touted jeez

how about getting in an experienced mentor ex manager to stand alongside Hutch  i believe this lad has all the makings of a brilliant manager of the future

As daft as it sounds.

Germany have had quite an influx on young managers recently...

Hutch could probably turn out to be the next Bullen and have some role in the club once he's finished playing. He may not even want to coach, who knows?!

I wouldn't want to tell him he's finished as a player.

How about that bloke who used to manage Hull? Leonid Slutski I think he was called. They’d make quite the pair: Slutski and Hutch. I’m in. Ffs.

Intelligent enough but would have to change substantially to be a manager.

A manager has to stay positive even if they are not.

He still has an important role to play as a player this season.

But I agree he seems to be a manager in waiting.

The thought had crossed my mind but on the other hand he has been very open about his past struggles with depression and would the responsibility take too much of a toll on him as you have to be very thick skinned and resilient to survive in the management game.

Micheal Carrick with Stuart Gray could work if your looking for a risk.
