I think DC won't want to mess this appointment up after losing Bruce. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a interesting big name forward thinking appointment or a high profile recently retired player turned coach. Pretty sure he'd have decent contacts or links. But the best thing about going for him would be weeing the Geordies and Ashley off because he was one of the managers who turned them down. I think they turned him down due to his lack of premiership experience which is perfect for us as it shows he’s willing to come to England and manage, if was keen on a shoiithole, cluster duck of a club like Newcastle he can be tempted here no problem.
