Odds For The New Manager

West Brom fans that wanted him gone? He went, and then his successors took them down. I bet that wouldn't have happened under Pulis. He was a survival specialist up there at Stoke & Palace.

As for his time at Boro...he had to help balance the books after Monk blew an absolute fortune on forwards that didn't complement each other. Monk spent best part 30mil on Assombalonga, Fletcher, and Braithwaite. Pulis had to pick up the pieces.

Some may not like his brand of football, but he totally transformed Stoke as a club - and that's the sort of job we need doing. Get up and stay up.

We get up under him then we definitely stay up. But can he get us up.

Ha ha ......after Rowett info ......2 different sources told me its Nigel Pearson ....

Hope the Rowett thing is right.

I haven’t put anything on but he’s still 10/1

cant see it being Pearson given that his previous club was a certain second div Belgian side.

The only thing I’d say about Nigel Pearson is if he has any desire or passion to manage Sheffield Wednesday this has got to be now or never for him

Don’t believe the Pearson rumour at all especially after the Belgian/Leicester connection. He’s never shown any enthusiasm for the job and I think he’s a very strange bloke. Very odd!

Would be very surprised if DC approached him.

Chansiri wouldn’t make a connection with Nigel Pearson and the George Hirst situation,  it was nothing to do with him
