myHero
It's clearly all over for Bruce and his merry band of Steve's. Let's look forward to the new season. Abdi, Boyd and Mattias are all gone. Who do you think can move forrad the progress the merry band of Steve's have made?

myHero
"To me passion is not something you hope you've got in a player, it's a prerequisite," says Megson, eyes burning with evangelical zeal. "Without passion, without drive you can't do anything. You've got to play with your heart on your sleeve." "We've got to address our problem with playing at Hillsborough. Our crowd and huge stadium are big advantages we need to start using. We've got to stop standing off the opposition at home and start tearing into them." The Night-Owl
Difficult choice between the first two. I'm still in two minds about what we need next. Another experienced Championship specialist or an up ad coming manager on the rise in the EFL. There are positives and risks with both routes, the short term way and the long term way. My fear with another experienced type is that he might see it as another one of his last big pay days, he too might take the money and run at the first opportunity, and his best days might be behind him? That's why, I voted for the Barnsley manager because we might be better off taking a long term route with someone who might want to be here to build something promising. Personally, I would go for younger managers currently managing in the EFL, the likes of Daniel Stendel, Alex Neil and the Cowley Brothers appeal to me and that might be the best way long term to go about things? Badger57
I think Paul Cook deserves a chance at a big club, his teams play attacking attractive football as well.

Holmowl
We look like losing a proven Championship promotion winner. Hughton has a 1st, 2nd and close 3rd on his CV. He’s the one.

George
I I think it's got to be Hughton if he is available but would love Ian Holloway if not.
