Like I said earlier on the radio, if he's done it and left I'm not angry, I'm disappointed. But if he's had talks and he's staying - we need to pick up and move on. But if he’s going to be sulking because we wouldn’t let him leave then should we negotiate. We shouldn’t have to if we have a contractual compensation fee.
