I could report that I spent the night with Kiera Knightley and Natalie Portman (I couldn't tell them apart even then), but that doesn't make the report true. But despite the record being set straight by Thorniley himself, The Star haven't as yet amended the article and Howson hasn't even replied to apologise. That's the real tw@ttery of this. Or he didn't consult the club or the player, just caught him getting in a taxi at the hotel and tried to put 2 and 2 together and got 3 and tried to get the exclusive before anyone else.
