The club should sell tickets - tenner a time - to be there when Abdi gets informed we won’t be renewing his contract. Will it be an unexpected shock for him? The income generated from this could see us balance the books!

A tenner a ticket and it'll be a sell out crowd . Do you think SAG and SYP will insist on segregation FFS lol

So who got offered new deals then?

He won't say as he doesn't know.

Although it's pretty believable that 13 players will leave I'll give him that.

But they wont be told until they are required, which is a week before the end of the season.

Hahaha of course I don’t know who, that’s not what I said!

I, amongst others, was told by someone extremely close to the situation that yesterday was the day they were being informed of the decision.

When this will be made public is anyone’s guess!

Matias has signed a deal with Colgate.

Well if that the case, he had better brush up on his ability to stay on side.

Fed up of the linesman signaling. Might even have a plaque honouring him if he succeeds. Might be on a crest of a wave, who knows.

I have looked through under 23 roster and first team roster and I git to 12 I could see being released immediately. These are players like Abdi and Jones who are not involved regularly at either level. It does not include Lonchar who I assume was released early, if you add in any who have already moved out easy to get to 13 without involving some of the players who may be worth a chance keeping on. Think medical team in likes of Hooper and Lee will have big say in if a player should be kept on. If they have a medical issue which is likely to render further long term absence from game no matter how good a player they are common sense dictates we release them. However if injuries was due to training or lack of it, or some other issue the decision will be even more tricky.
