What an absolute joke

That is an awful awful side

Matias should never ever be given the time of day again

Embarrassing or what?

Absolutely. Let’s not forget that Villas last 2 games are Leeds and Norwich. This has still got legs in it.

We have to play them both too!

..great tonight but it’s still a huge ask

Thought Matias played great first half but what a second half to add to it. Also great to see Boyd get on score sheet finally - it’s been his best two or three games for us. Playing for a contract seems to help many of our players!!

It really is wrong that some players just seem to put the effort in when they want a new contract. Hope the club take in to account how they have performed since they signed for us and not just how they have done in a few games. We can’t afford to be handing out contracts to players that will stop putting effort in when they have what they want.

Good performance that against a good side and we had a weakened side out. Some of our fringe players stood up tonight and delivered. Well done! There were a few flappy posters on here at half time saying this that and the other. Go and have a Horlicks and have an early night!

If only Jos was got rid of earlier like virtually every Wednesday fan could see, who knows where we might be now

Agree!! Weird how at half time with 60% possession and 9 shots to read such negativity! Thought we deserved to be up at that point and thoroughly deserved it tonight.

Would love it if Rotherham did a job on Villa tomorrow.

He's a very talented player..cba to look it up but I think we have a very high win rate when he's out.

Bruce's rocket has worked. Everybody has woken up.

Completely different team ethic and attitude.

Were the negs really justified.

No it really wasn't

Sometimes its really just best to see what happens instead of having a strop .

Playing toward the Kop always gives us more momentum in the second half .

rookie error

I’m also hoping Birmingham can put their relegation fears to bed with a good win tomorrow too.

Ideal results would be Rotherham beating Villa, then Villa beating Bristol City at 3pm on Saturday. Bristol’s game in hand is at Millwall.

If, and it’s a huge if, we beat Leeds at 530pm, that would leave us 3 and 4 points behind Bristol and Villa with 12 points to play for.

I don’t see Boro and Derby as an issue. Both on poor form.

2 from 3. Us, Villa, Bristol. Very long odds for us, but possible.

Why could the season not have started on 1 January

Probarbly because when he was playing earlier in the season, he was beside or just in front of the defence...

He needs to be playing forward.
