We still have a good spine to the team and a plethora or good talent at this level, but we need better/younger supporting players that can gives us that extra consistency and push. Chin up! Always going to be tough like others have said the damage was done during Luhukay era. As someone already mentioned in the matchday thread, without Fletchers goals we wouldn't have been anywhere near in the first place. Decent 2nd half from Wednesday, they definitely looked good on the break though. Strange sub choice to replace Bannan with Matias, we always looked like getting caught out after that. Lord Tight Arse Posted April 6, 2019 Share Posted April 6, 2019 After the calamity of the first half of the season which basically cost us, I like many other fans never expected the second half to be as exciting as it has been and for us to push the teams above for that playoff spot, we gave it a really good go I’m just so happy that we’ve now got a proper manager, players are playing with spirit and guts under Bruce, Hooper is back, Lee is nearing a return, hopefully next season, a full season under Bruce will get us over the line.
