The Wobbles

...May they long continue:-

Bristol City DLDLL

Derby DWLLLD

Maybe it’s like a golfer at the top of the leaderboard, who goes all wobbly when he sees the name T. Woods making a run up the leaderboard. Perhaps the shadow of S. Bruce puts the wobbles on lesser managers.

Maybe, but there is a traffic jam in middle of Championship

We with another 4 teams who could overtake us BUT this is the Championship so anything can and will happen

Fingers crossed results go our way and we carry on the way we are

Always a dark horse making a late run why cant it be us???

LET'S DO THIS! It'll be the craziest promotion in our history if SB pulls this off.

And we play most of those teams.

How many times has that team that darts for the top 6 though got in?

Twice in 20 years. Unfortunately for us.

Interesting games tomorrow (today) ... wouldn’t be surprised to see stoke get something at Pride Park, Preston get something at the Riverside, equally Swansea get something at the Hawthorns ... it’s going to be a log jam sooner rather than later

Most important game of the run in is ... the next one

You missed an 'M' out.

Still,  that's the thing with starting a thread when  you have a cold and a  blocked up nose. Don't worry though. I know what your meant.

Hey, Bristol City, remember you're a Wobble.

Ipswich getting a point at Bristol City just shows that every game is going to be a tough one especially between now and the end of the season.

I’m just happy that we have a set of players who know the course of finishing in the Top 6 plus perhaps more importantly we have a manager they can look to on the touchline that knows the course too but how to be successful as well lol

Back before the Reading game I started a thread about us having a shot at the playoffs. The main negative replies said there were too many teams between us and 6th.most thought we could do it points wise though. Turns out we stuffed the next 3 winnable games up and if we'd won em the number of teams wouldn't have mattered. Funny old game Saint.

Commentator last night was saying we had an outside chance but had tough fixtures as we play those around us. That's why we have a good chance though. The only issue is we've got to win those games. If we do then it's on like Donkey Kong.

The usual negativo suspects were reticent to even consider a top half finish a week ago, SB is getting the very best out of the squad, they are four square behind him, pity about some of the supporters,  :duntmatter:

The right results tonight and Saturday will have nearly everyone on board.

Obviously the wrong results and it looks grim, but surely everyone is looking at the table today and thinking what if.

Thing is we are looking pretty strong at the back even though Liam is playing left side and Domonic is a new arrival

If we keep adding goals then we can start turning the draws into wins then who knows .

Funny old game init

Derby’s wobble will be tested over the next few games.

A relatively easy run

Stoke H

Rotherham H

Brentford A

Could really do with them dropping two points in the two soft home games. That would really worry their players and fans.

Don't rule Boro getting dragged into this too.

It's still a massive long shot, but the season remains very much alive.

They play Preston, Villa, Norwich and Bristol C next. Ouch.
