It's only the fact that Dross was in charge that it decimated confidence if a decent manager was in charge from day 1 we'd be pushing well into the playoffs right now. All its taken was to reinstate Westwood, hutch and to a lesser extent, Boyd and its totally transformed the team. If this was done at the start of the season there'd be a very good chance we'd be sitting pretty in the top 6 will points the spare. With better game management and a smarter gaffer in those opening few months, we should have been 8 points better off at a minimum, throwing two 2-0 leads away late on against Leeds & WBA, then failing to beat WBA from 0-1 up against ten men. That's been the biggest down fall of our season, not seeing games out from a wining position.

The fact we blooded a few decent youngsters, which to be honest we all liked really, and the fact FF was looking fit and scoring raised our hopes. The rest is history. The league is very open tbh and expect it to be like it next year, I can't see any major spending by any clubs just shuffling players around on loans / out of contract. It will be upto Bruce and Co to get the team firing from day one to give us a good start, then we can see how we progress. Would be great if we could start a season well every year it seems we need 4 or 5 games to get going. Lets hope SB can change this next season. AndersonOWL
Not really if it is mathematically possible then you aim for it. Bet you was that kid who was buzzing with your taking medal in school race.

In my job though reality is also required I dont believe in Leprechauns or Unicorns but feel free to do so. Credit were credit is due and this team is on the up but realistically we wont make the playoffs this season.

james o connor
After the stupid way the club has been managed / run over the last few years, I’m just happy to see some sense finally being used ... ticket prices are still disgustingly high , that will never stop being an issue
