Yup, but can you image the complete car crash if fans or say fans groups like Wednesdaylite ran the club......

We'd go bust waiting for them to have a vote on whether to have a vote to have a vote on what day to pay HMRC

They did their part making things hard..but when you've got DA as chairman, what you gonna do...

Even though it’s clearly true. It’s yet another ‘it’s everybody else’s fault but my own’ from Carlos. All I ever hear is him bigging himself up about what he and the club ‘achieved’. We got sod all and failed when it really matters. He then blamed everyone else but himself, now slight dig at the chairman with hindsight.

Which players? Most of the main culprits like Abdi, Jones, Matias and Boyd will all be released in the summer anyway.

The stalwarts we have Westwood, Lees, Hutch, Bannan etc have generally all continued to perform when they’ve been picked

I had my doubts about Lees a couple of months back, but he's showing signs of his old self. He has to take some responsibility, although JL nearly ruined him.

The same observations could be applied to the manager in question himself - should have been let go much sooner than he was.

DC has made mistakes and had some harsh lessons to learn - but if he lets Bruce get on with things we can recover.

Can you imagine how the fans would have reacted if he had sacked CC after his second season he would have been crucified?

When should have sacked him?  Was he right to let him have a go at turning things around or should have he sacked after the Huddersfield game?

Hopefully Brucie has replaced Sage and Onion in terms of advice for our misguided Chairman.

If so, watch things improve dramatically.

Best thing about Bruce is that he won't take any poo from Paxo- made it very clear at the start that he wouldn't come unless he had total autonomy.

He has the experience and clout to get what he wants done. DC won't want to risk getting him on the wrong side.

Indeed.

Early days but his influence on the squad is visible already.

Clown was clueless, and Jos was was just nice but dim.

I'm backing Bruce to become a legend for us. Have a feeling that similar to Big Ron, we have dropped on a quality operator at the right stage of his career.

How many of England's, let alone the European, clubs have a true share-based ownership?  None of the top English clubs can be classed as such. The truly successful ones are all owned by Super-Rich Owners/families, who own the vast majority of the shares. The most successful club in England over the past two decades, Man.Utd, has been owned by the Glazer Family, and at times, various groups have tried to break this stranglehold, and failed miserably. Yet the club has continued in its success.

Don't forget the old definition of a camel - a horse designed by a committee.

Very few businesses are owned /run by groups of people. Individuals may be encouraged to invest money, but have little say in the running of the business.Successful businesses are run by businessmen. How many of our fans, many of whom are quite astute, could actually run the business?.

Why not let fans into the family firm then buy offering us chance to buy voting shares with discount incentives just like old B shares?

Err, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and nearly all clubs in top Spanish and German leagues.

The fans are just called members instead of share holders but they control the club and elect a President to run the club.

If crap, he's turfed out. And Waitrose and John Lewis are run by staff and best shops in UK.

Plus , we are not a business but a footy club - and Chansiri's family don't let him near tuna fish firm.
