Race for the play-offs

Victories for both Birmingham City - at Bristol City - and Hull this evening gave both sides' play-off hopes a shot in the arm.

The Tigers are now only six points off the top six, while Birmingham are even closer after climbing above Nottingham Forest into eighth on goal difference.

The one issue for Blues may be the punishment they receive for breaching profit and sustainability rules.

Bloody BBC... so Hull are racing for the play-offs on 47 points, while our victory bringing us to 47 points to does not include us...

Abstinence has it for the second time in four days I didn't proffer a single comment on Snoots world tour. For the second time in four days we have put in two more than competent performances claiming victories with a little day light to spare. Well done to all concerned lol

Brilliant result... funny how well we play when the opposition have more possession... it's happened a few times now.

Its noticeable how we don’t take risks at the back anymore. Remember Palmer’s hoof into Row Z as the last man after about 75 minutes last night?

Bruce clearly doesn’t mind ceeding possession rather than losing the ball in our half.

Yes.. that makes sense.

I think possession stats are the flakiest of them all really.
