Playoffs Are Possible, But Are They Likley?

Recommended Posts

its not happening.

they normally say around 74 points gives you a sniff of it.

looking at the top 6 right now, its looking like you will need more than 74 this year.

if we win every game our max points total is 83.

lose 2 games and win 10 games we will have 77 points. probably not enough. not happening.

like multi posters in the thread have already said, its the points already thrown away (wba X2, Reading, Millwall etc ) that has stopped it from happening. rather than the good run we could possibly go on.

Actually if you look at the top 6 right now 74 points would get you in the play offs If you do the average points per game thing.

Bristol city play PNE away on Saturday, very tough game, they then go to dirty Leeds.

I think we're chasing Forest and Derby rather than Bristol.

It's unlikely but possibly, just take each game as they come and see what happens. UTO
