Westwood 8 two very good savescabd very commanding. Clean sheets agogo no coincidence

Palmer 7 solid and a good forward outlet

Hector 7 Great In Defence but poor distribution today

Thorniley 6 bit shaken but ok

Fox 7 same as Palmer

Reach 8 superb first half. Quiet second. Easily most threatening player.

Bannan 7 everywhere as always

Hutch 7 dangerous first 15 but settled down and was great foil for BB

Boyd 6 shame his early shot was so well saved. Faded badly.

Fletch 6 great feet but poor in air today.

FF 5 poor day. Too deep, left Fletch isolated.

Westwood 7 little to do but two good saves when needed

palmer 7 good game very good of late

fox 6 did nothing wrong defensively but poor going forward slowed us down

thorniley 6 solid uncomplicated

hector 7 good player hope we can sign him up permanently

hutchinson 7 typicall hutch but should have scored

bannan 6 decent but needs to be more positive

boyd 4 awful offers nothing

reach 8 great first half best he’s played this season faded second half along with rest of team

forestieri 6 some moments of quality but needs game time hopefully firing on all cylinders come derby day

fletcher 6 worked hard little reward

aarons 6 looks lively and very quick hope he starts Tuesday

jaoa 6 looked to make something happen should have been on earlier

nuhui 5 not on long but looked sluggish

overall should have had game won by half time but faded after break, inability to take chances is worrying but at least now we make some

I'm not being a pr1ck here, but surely a team with those scores, you would expect that either they won, or that the opponents were a top team they held at bay.

Reading were quite poor and it's clear to see why they're doing so badly, despite goals scored and conceded very similar to ours.

I can't give anyone more than a 6 today. Mainly 5's, wit possibly Hector an exception as he never looked troubled and organises well. The rest underperformed against a weak team.

Yes you are.lol

Reach would have won if he played 2nd half anywhere near as good as first half. Reading in 2nd half specially first 20 mins really pegged us back. Reach struggles when he needed to chase the game. Hector and Palmer where best today closely followed by Hutch and Thorniley. Palmer gets my MOM vote due to Hector misplacing a few passes in bad positions. Nothing serious just cant think of Palmer losing possession in similar places.Dont know if Lees injured but Thorniley / Hector centre halves partnership looked solid. FF was most disappointing today, he looked very rusty both mentally (poor decision making) and physically (poor 1st touch and a yard off the pace). He needs 3 or 4 games before we may see some of his old self again. 8 for Hector Hutch Thorniley and Palmer, rest 6's apart from FF who a 4 for me.Nuhui didnt get enough time to get a score.

Bang average performance from pretty much everyone. Possibly palmer mom. Few points though hector needs to stop looking for the glory ball and bannan needs to get into forward thinking mode

Is that Hector who allowed us to create two amazing late chances in the last two games with inch perfect cross field passes?

Part of playing attacking football is accepting it won’t always come off

Laughing it all these people specifically mentioning Reach’s first half performance...

We all read / heard that Bruce said that...no need to pretend you didn’t

:picnic:

Well I must have a Tardis cos I posted it in the match thread at half-time.
