How many big games where it truly mattered have we had over the past three seasons?

For the sake of argument, it's all the "insignificant" games combined which get you to the ones where it "truly matters"...

The best players deliver in big games.

Week in, week out should be run of the mill....

without him we were conceding 3-4 regular with him and westwood we have had loads of clean sheets none while the tool jos was here . he aint perfect but we are much better with him 100% better.

I agree - to maintain the level - but he doesn't have the head for the level above.

Yes they do - the game didn't truly matter.

But you reckon an away game to Brentford in September is a "big game"

that game was almost in th fixture lists as an example of the term "run of the mill game"

No one is saying he's Ronaldo... but if you can find one player in squad who is performing solidly week in and week out, then I'll concede defeat in this Internet squabble!

May as well play none of them, as none are consistent enough!

lol

Was itfuck.....it was a huge turning point in this season after an iffy starr.

We beat Arsenal beautifully, full house, half their reserves in the League Cup.

In the context of both games I'd have preferred a lucky 1-0 v Brentford and Hutch coming out 2nd half instead of fuckingup a decent first 30 acting like atwat.

I like him buf he isn't a winner.  Sorry.

He is solidasfuck until he's under pressure.

This is my point and he isn't my hero.

I think Hutchinson is a good player but not as good as some of you, that's it....

He's firmed us up lately but if I could have chosen him or Hector, someone who is currently a Chelsea player, last weekend then I'd have gone with Hector....

Got to take an OAP shopping and then cook some tea.....last post for now.

Hutch is one of a small group of players who think they, some supporters too, are better than what they actually are.

Big fish. small pond but on the odd day out in a lake then they go missing...

Harsh, brutal but true.

Warm fuzzy past but not the future and I would actually love to be proved wrong, seriously...
