HOOTIE AND THE SHIT TU
He was very complimentary about us again Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife.
roaminowl
Not that it changes anything but he's had the best part of 3 months off.

Harrysgame
Yes, have al9t of time for him. Comes across as a decent guy, always tries to be positive. Not like some ofvthe other pundits who just spin negatives and criticism If we hadn't got Bruce would have been welcome here.

One of the few managers in recent times who we had a real hoodoo over.
theowlsman
He was devastated that he didn't get the Wednesday job. Had his luggage packed, waiting for the call. In the end, he said he couldn't complain about Bruce being offered the role, that he was the best man for the job. Maybe next time he said. Destiny. He's had another Wednesday tattoo done btw. 1

waddleisgod
I’ve always had a soft spot for Holloway, Seem a genuinely nice guy who just says it as it is. Top man
Castleford Owl
Gullit actually said before the Chelsea game “would he have done it if it was Man Utd” or words to that effect. Staggeringly ignorant
East Yorks Owl
I’ve always liked the cut of Holloway’s jib. Not sure if the sands of time are against him ever becoming our manager, but I think he would suit us nicely. That said I’ve got a good feeling about SB, so hopefully Ollie’s services will not be needed.

I suspect Holloway will want to stay in management for a long time, so there might be a chance. Like you, I’m hoping Steve Bruce will be here a while and get us up next year. nevthelodgemoorowl
Nice enough bloke but I never really fancied him as our manager. For me he always underplayed his serious side and was always willing to play the Joker. Our fans would have found this a little too much.
