I don’t think it was with a view to permanent?

He doesn’t even start for Norwich. If they go up doubt they’d be interested in signing him.

I romantic return to his spiritual home in Huddersfield should be touted.

1) they love him

2) they desperate need a striker (any striker)

3) they’ll be cashed up

Reading the Norwich forums, They are pretty happy with him and reckon he's doing a good job. Seems like he's happy there as well.

Problem is, if they don't go up, he's too much money for them to do the job he's doing for them this season and if they do go up, they will be looking for better.

Got a good mate who is a Norwich fan and they are more than happy with him.

He's like Nuhiu was for us but better and scores.

On Saturdays performance there is nobody who will stop them going up. Best team performance I've seen in championship this season. (Only what I've seen on TV though)

When do they play the blunts again? Hopefully they will destroy them like they destroyed weeds.

United played Norwich only last week. Fairly even match.

Norwich edged the 1st half but United totally dominated the 2nd half half with Norwich holding on for a 2-2 draw.

Norwich had 7 shots in the match compared to United’s 17 shots.

Also at Bramall Lane United beat them 2-1. Norwich are nothing special but play well as a team looking really impressive against Leeds.

Think West Brom have the best individuals, if they get their act together could top the league.

It’s like any fan base when they are doing well.

They could have ironside on the bench right now and they’d be happy with him.

If they sign Rhodes for any price at all in the summer I’d be more than happy.

I think we've missed a trick with Rhodes.

A big trick.

We should have attempted to recall him. Sighting a lack of game time. Afterall, our asset's value is diminishing being sat on their bench.

Panic mode sets in, They buy him in the January transfer window.

They won't have the same eagerness to buy him next season, if they go up.

It would be diminishing even more if he was sat on our bench, behind Joao, Matias, Winnall and big Dave

It will be. Next season. Time to sell was January.

Something has to give. Bruce will be well aware he can't have players sulking around the first team because they're not involved.

Why would Rhodes be behind Matias, Winnall and Dave when he is our joint top scorer with 9 goals??

He may offer little outside the box but he wouldn’t have been as wasteful with the boatload of chances we missed on Saturday

Yes, you would have fancied him to have taken at least one of those chances Having said that, Forestieri fashioned a lot of those chances himself, something Rhodes could never do Guess what we are looking at is, the subs bench is his optimum role

It's a season long loan, which Norwich have paid for. We could have tried to recall him, but they'd have just said no.
