Bang on, I agree, Joao’s all round game, which hopefully Bruce will work with him on, is better than that of Abraham He is far from the finished article, or actually not so far. Just isn't tall enough to play up front. Good shot but often fluffs, remember those 2 chances against Leeds a few years back? At Ipswich, he was allowed to roam, mainly playing in the hole but also appearing left and right He obviously didn’t have his shooting boots on, but he could have had five. For a striker, they say it’s all about getting in the right place, and he certainly did that on Saturday. Bruce has rarely played a pair of strikers as such, preferring a single striker down the middle, with support from the flanks. João can support fletcher, but still has to improve this term to have the realistic chance to make the position his next term.
