Yeah we did, we're still waiting on the money Barca owe us for Semedo too.

He didn't. Hasn't made his senior debut yet.

Clearly I was on the special brew that night and confused him with John Souttar

If we give Hector the opportunity to come here over Fulham then I think he will.

A ground sale and the shares we sold may just help us out.

Just wish DC would get these accounts sorted so SB isn't hampered in his transfer dealings and loan signings. It really is ridiculous how long this saga has gone on for. This having already had a two month extension.

No doubt it will just be sorted for Sept 1st.

Earn more money at Fulham and live in Putney, he's going to Fulham, not disappointed because I never expected it to happen anyway. Fulham are an attractive club for monetary and location reasons, probably more attractive than us and a lot of bigger northern clubs.

Less chance of being stabbed here though

Hector has said he is looking to settle though so if we were to offer a longer contract he could be swayed. Seems to have a good relationship with the Wednesday squad (commented on Bannans twitter today). Could see a contract with Fulham to be more volatile, i.e. moved on again if they were to get promoted back to the premier league after their huge overhaul last time round.

Optimistic about this one if we have the funds available.

We've got 3 new players in nice and early training with the squad.

Dont disagree, but think his time here, bond with the other players and the Bruce factor are big factors, more so than location.

Dont doubt Fulham have more money to spend, but dont get the impression Hector is as mercenary as other players. Not saying hes not at all, but do think other factors will have an impact.

Has Bruce phoned Lampard yet?

Hector clearly loves it at Wednesday. The way he interacts with current players and the fans on social media.

But money talks unfortunately.

So did Venancio but we couldn't bring him back.

The nature of loans always presents it's own issues if the player has done well.

We have had this issue before with Marshall, Venancio and now Hector where they have done well but for one reason or another we struggle to get them back. I hope we can get Hector back as he was a rock for us,.

Would be a huge coup for us. Fits in with the squad well too.

But so can others if not.

Maybe Chelsea could offer him a new contract and just keep loaning him out

i know that’s been a tactic of theirs in the past with players.
