I think it's the correct decision.

He wants to play. He's behind Fletcher, Joao, Forestieri, Nuhiu in the team.

5th choice striker doesn't make the bench and he's proved himself good enough to start games in the championship. Good luck to him, 18k a week off the wage bill.

Be nice to receive a player in return, even if it's only to have a look at someone. Elmohamady?

5th choice of who?

We've a new manager starting next week don'tcha know.

while fletcher and nuhiu play for us we will struggle to score 1 in any game . surely loaning out fletcher on his mega 35-40k a week salary would be better , our strikers are a huge letdown. id defo have given winnall a chance , we are struggling up front so we shouldn't be letting winnall go ,if we can lose hooper and fletcher off the wage bill id be happier . winnall earns less than half of what fletcher is on id keep him and give him a run for the rest of this season, if it don't work move him on in the summer.

any championship club would be up for getting winnall for the season. a proven scorer at championship/league 1 level , nuhiu and fletcher aint our long term answer there 1 in 5 strikers ,fletcher does good work with the ball but he is limited as he has no pace and is pretty hopeless in front of goal.

he is our highest earner you know that and so do I. he isn't worth what we pay him . works hard ,but don't offer enough in that part of pitch .

I don't think we're struggling up front I think we're struggling in midfield. No crosses no creativity no width no pace or power equals no chances for forwards

totally agree ive blamed our midfield also for why we were conceding so many too . when we had bannan, reach, pelepessy in our midfield we got over run as none can tackle. we need pace ,and bite in our team.

He has looked miles away in the short time he has had on the pitch since coming back.

To be expected given length of time out and he needs to be starting games to get back to full match fitness.

Not sure we can give him the starts he requires

This from page 3 has been ignored as folk continue to moan.

this is spot on. looked WAY off the pace.

If he gets more mins elsewhere it will help him find form and fitness, which either earns us money if we sell him, or gets us a player bang ready for next season.

He cant help us this season either on the pitch or by selling him... but if he finds form it will benefit us come the summer.

Would rather he be given a chance here. Would have him as an option on the bench instead of Nuhiu every time.

The reason every manager has kept Nuhiu is due to his height

Seems like we’re sticking with the same outdated methodology, having a big lump up front to make it stick

Surely you pick quality over height? Winnall is a better striker than Nuhiu
