He would have been captain earlier in my book, if he’d not been injured/ prone to suspensions etc. In these days when footballers are considered by many to be lazy, money grabbing mercenaries (and lets face it, some of them are) it is completely refreshing to hear someone speak about their club with conviction, passion and loyalty....(stands to attention for the playing of Land of Hope and Glory) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
